The e-PROFMAN is joint online programme for professional development in Innovative Management, Leadership and Strategic Communication organized at the virtual campus supported by the following three Higher Education Institutions (HEIs)
- School of Journalism and Public Relations (Macedonia)
- DOBA Faculty of Applied Business and Social Studies (Slovenia)
- Istanbul University (Turkey)
In the course of this one-year programme, young working practitioners and students master leadership, business and communication skills used at the various management positions in the competitive international business environment.
The project is funded by the European Commission Programme ERASMUS+ which aims to improve learning options for young people, fostering quality and innovation in education and enhancing stronger cooperation between HEIs from different European countries. The ERASMUS+ support guarantees e-PROFMAN’s quality of teaching and learning process, and streamlines its international dimension in the line with the Bologna process. That way, e-PROFMAN increases the skills and employability of students and contributes to the competitiveness of the European economy.
